Guess Who's ONE?

I can't believe that my little baby is turning one years old. The past year sure did fly by for me. Carter loves to be where the action is and doesn't like to miss out on anything. He sure has grown up fast and is soooooo cute!
This last weekend we were up in Modesto at my parents for Easter/Conference. It was a busy weekend but we had so much fun. The kids dyed eggs and then we went on an Egg Hunt. Then in the afternoon all of the family got together and we had Carter's Birthday party. He loved all the attention and being with his cousins. Gpa Carr made some homemade Butterfinger ice cream. Boy was it good! Mommy made a FROG cake. He took off the chocolate eye first and ate it. Then he tried the icing and decided it was something that he wanted to eat. I would say that he enjoyed his cake and ice cream. When he was done he picked up the plate and licked it. It was so funny to watch him.
He got a Potato Head Family, summer pj's, water hat for the summer, turtle musical toys, McQueen blanket, an outfit and some blocks. He was a happy camper and loved all of his gifts. Thanks to all of our family for making it such a special day.
