I am in the book club in our ward. We meet once a month and talk about the book that we read for the month. It has been fun getting together and visiting. Our first one was when we all went to the Twilight movie. Since then we have been going to different peoples houses to switch it up. So this month it was at my place. Tyler helped me clean all day so that it would look nice for everyone to come. With kids it can get a little messy.
When everyone started to show up I got a big surprise. They brought balloons, cake and presents. I asked what this was all about? They said your Baby Shower! I was in shock. We all enjoyed visiting with each other. We did play a game that was really fun and we got to win candy. I couldn't believe they all kept it a secret. I had no idea. I thought it was just our normal book club night. We did talk about the book by the way!
I couldn't sleep that night because I was so wired and still in shock, I think. I want to thank the girls for throwing me the shower. It was very nice and I enjoyed it. It made my day that they would think of me. This picture is of Tyler and the gifts that I got. Tyler thinks that they are all his things. I keep telling him they are for the baby. 2 1/2 more months and he will be here. We are excited!
